§  The business memory platform

Your ,
in perfect order.

Equity, loans, profit share, the paperwork, the people, and what actually came back. One record, for as long as the relationship lasts.

No more searching through WhatsApp, emails, spreadsheets, and folders to work out what was actually agreed.

Built for founders, investors, partners, and family businesses. In English and Bahasa Indonesia.

— and every deal becomes one record —

§  Why Sympul

Business doesn’t break because documents disappear. It breaks when people remember them differently.

A deal can start with a simple conversation. Then someone invests more, a partner takes on a new role, or the original terms change. Without one clear record, everyone eventually remembers it a little differently. And the expensive mistakes happen earlier than that — in the twenty minutes you spent reading a deck you had no way to check. Sympul keeps the full story in one place, from the first deck to the final distribution.

§   How Sympul works

Six things it keeps straight for you.

§ 01  Before you commit

Read the deck twice. The second time with someone who checks the maths.

That someone is Yluvatar.AI, the analyst inside Sympul. Send her the deck and she reads it the way you would if you had the afternoon — what it claims, what it leaves out, which assumptions carry the return. A quick analysis flags what to ask. A comprehensive memo rebuilds the numbers, stress-tests them, and ends with her verdict. Every verdict shows its working — the decision stays yours.

Deals you're still weighing sit in a pipeline of their own, with the date to decide by — and when you pass, one line about why. That note is the one you'll want in a year.

§   Sounds familiar?

You already have this problem.

“I thought we agreed on 30%.”

“Where’s the signed version?”

“Was that an investment or a loan?”

“Which spreadsheet is the latest?”

“Did we ever check these numbers?”

“Why did we pass on the last one like this?”

Sympul exists so those conversations never have to happen twice.

§   One deal. One timeline.

A business relationship, remembered in full.

Instead of scattered files and half-remembered conversations, every important moment lives together in one clear history — including the analysis you ran before you said yes.

§   Built for real business

Where trust needs a record.

Startup founders

Track ownership, capital, and decisions from day one — before a simple idea becomes a complicated company.

Family businesses

Keep agreements clear across generations, roles, and changing responsibilities, so the arrangement outlives the memory of it.

Property investors

Track every contribution, ownership split, and distribution in one shared record — and get a read on the numbers before you join the next one.

Angel investors and business partners

A portfolio you can actually see, a written record of why you passed on the rest, and every promise kept next to the context behind it.

For founders

Raising, not investing?

Whoever you ask, they will check for the same thirteen things. The deck standard says what a complete deal document shows — in plain words, with a free template laid out to cover it.

§   Questions

The things people ask first.

Is Sympul accounting software?
No. Sympul does not replace your accounting software or legal documents. It is the shared record that connects the agreements, contributions, ownership changes, and decisions behind them. Think of it as your business’s memory, not your bookkeeping.
Does the AI decide for me?
No — the decision is always yours. The quick analysis checks the arithmetic, flags what’s missing, and asks the questions a careful investor would ask, without judging the deal. The Comprehensive memo goes one step further: it ends with Yluvatar’s verdict — Good Deal, Worth Pursuing, or Dig Deeper — and every verdict shows the open items and arithmetic it rests on, so you can check her instead of trusting her. She never decides for you and never names an amount.
What happens to a deck I upload?
It’s read, analysed, and deleted. The analysis stays in your account. Your own records about other counterparties are anonymised before anything leaves Sympul — names become Party A, Party B, and your other deals are described by type only.
Is Sympul a contract-signing tool?
Sympul can keep signed agreements connected to the deal they belong to, but it is built for everything that happens around the document too: the decisions, contributions, updates, and people that shape the relationship over time.
Who can access a deal?
You choose who to invite. Anyone you invite sees their own position and the updates you post, never another party’s stake, money, or terms.
Is it available in Bahasa Indonesia?
Yes. The whole app, and the emails it sends you, in English or Bahasa Indonesia, set per person, so everyone in a deal reads it in their own language.
I’m raising money, not investing — is there anything for me?
Yes — the deck standard. It’s the thirteen things any investor will look for in a deal document, in plain words, with a free template. It’s public; no account needed. And when your investor runs the deal on Sympul, they can invite you in to see your own position and follow the updates they post — nothing about anyone else in the deal.
Why not just use WhatsApp, Drive, and spreadsheets?
WhatsApp remembers conversations. Google Drive remembers files. Spreadsheets remember numbers. None of them remembers the agreement — or tells you the deck in your inbox doesn’t add up.
